You can apply for a TEAM.card as soon as you commence employment with a compulsory member of the tourism association.
Applying for your TEAM.card is a very easy and straightforward process. Simply complete the online form, submit it and collect your card from one of the tourist offices within two to three working days. Alternatively, you can fill out the form at one of the TVB Tiroler Oberland information offices.
You can collect your TEAM.card from the tourism association offices in the respective towns.
Yes, that is possible. As an employer, you can simply sign a form confirming the collection of the TEAM.cards when you come to pick them up.
Your TEAM.card is always valid for one year, from 1 October to 30 September, regardless of the date of issue.
For example, from 01.10.2023 to 30.09.2024. Then, you will need to reapply.

Report the loss of your TEAM.card to the tourism association immediately to prevent any misuse. A new TEAM.card will then be issued.
In this case, you must report the termination of your employment in the region to the TVB Tiroler Oberland, and you’ll be asked to return your TEAM.card.
